Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, unregistered, and in the same condition as received, including original packaging.

Machines (CAMEO, Portrait, Curio, Mint, Feeders)

Machines must be unused, unopened, and unregistered to be eligible for return.

Once a machine has been opened, used, or registered, the sale is final. Manufacturer warranty coverage (1 year) will apply.

Warranty and technical support are handled by Silhouette America.

Materials, Parts & Supplies

All materials, parts, and supply sales are final once shipped.

Digital Products & Gift Cards

All digital content, including software and upgrade codes, as well as gift cards, are final sale once payment is processed.

Please ensure compatibility before purchasing. If unsure, contact us prior to checkout.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card provider. Processing times may vary.

Wholesale Orders

All wholesale orders are final sale.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit upon return approval.

If the order was not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
