Shipping Information

Shipping Cutoff

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, with a daily cutoff at 3:00 PM (excluding Ontario holidays).

Orders placed before the cutoff are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Tracking information will be sent via email or SMS once your order has been processed.

Shipping Carrier

All physical orders ship from Markham, Ontario via Canada Post.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by Canada Post and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods.

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Oracal & Siser Availability

Some Oracal and Siser products may be available for purchase even when not currently in stock.

For these items, fulfillment may take approximately 5–10 business days.

If we are unable to fulfill your order within this timeframe, the item will be fully refunded to your original method of payment.

Digital Content

All digital content (excluding Silhouette Design Store gift cards) is delivered immediately at checkout.

You can access your software code in your order confirmation email or on the order confirmation page.

Gift Cards

All gift cards are final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable once a tracking number has been generated.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
